Acting and Making Movies.
This semester I have spent more time making movies and acting than ever before. It is great to play a mumbling minion, a newscaster reporting on the last day of the Earth, a doctor shocking a zombie, an action hero and a slick con artist.
The Green Group, making films on location.
Last Saturday, I spent six hours acting to get twelve seconds of footage. However it looked great, so it was worth it. There is a discipline to any art. To make a film that looks good, takes time and dedication.
This week, I finally had a chance to shoot some footage on a film that I have been wanted to shoot for nine months. I had three actress bale on me, couldn't get a crew to help shoot, couldn't find anyone with a red dress and couldn't find a set for it. All that meant was that I had to make this film!

I was lucky to finally find an actress that was right for the part and was willing to work hard and commit to make this film. Last weekend I rode my bike by a charity dress sale, and I found the right red dress and size for ten dollars. And my friend offered to help shoot and direct this film.
So far, we have only shot three pages of an eight page script. It has been fun and hard work. I am so happy to have a chance to make this film. So far the rushes look great and it looks like a movie. Here is a short teaser.

Who would have ever thought that there would be so much chances to act in Nacogdoches. Rock and Roll!
