This is the third year in a row that I went out and picked blueberries at the Blueberry Festival in Nacogdoches. It was great to pick fresh blueberries, it really puts things into perspective how all of the food we eat, had to be harvested by someone. Maybe we all would have a more peaceful life if we lived a more simple life. Also those berries off the branch taste great!

This year, I thought it would be cool to video tape how to pick blueberries and show some scenes from the Blueberry Festival. It was cool in the morning, then it rained, later the sun came out and everyone was happy.
Also it was good thing I got there early because they sold out of blueberries by noon. After about an hour of picking, I had eight and half pounds. I'll have a lot of blueberries for a while!
