How an Emo Song was born

I write the songs that are
about every man's life.
At the Originals Open Mike Night I was sitting at the same table as Passenger Airbag and made a comment about mean girls. Right there another classic song was born. The chorus and melody came to me right there.

It is amazing all of the many places that I come up with song ideas. Running, riding my bike, reading and talking to people are a few that pop to mind.

I try not to sit down and force a song out of me. I usually have been working on a song a few hours before I sit down to write it down.
