I REALLY like "Why Be With Me"...for some reason it kind of reminds me of something that Joe Jackson would have written back when he was still crankin' out rock 'n' roll, but it's still all the way you, Herb. It was a blast getting to see you play it last night at Java Jack's.

Just a little suggestion...try rhyming your lyrics. It might make the song flow a lot better.
