Have you ever wonder how long you will live? 60, 50, 75, 100 years? Why do some people live to be 90 while other live only to be 40? Is it because they are healthier? Is it because of genetics? Why does the human body die?
I try to live as health as I can. I have never drink, or smoke. Man, I don’t even eat sugar, dairy products or soda. I work out, try not to have any stress also. So does that mean that will live to be 100?
My grandparents on both sides of my family have lived to be in their 70’s and 80’s. So my genes are good. So does that mean that I will live a long live?
No. I could have a tree fall my head and die nice and healthy. But, I should be able to move out of the way of tree since I am in good shape. I can move faster then 32 feet per second, right?
Since I do take care of my health, the time that I am alive I will feel good. This is why people should take the time to stay in good shape. Not to live longer, but to be able to enjoy life while you are alive.
No one knows how long they will live. And that is OK.
People that are in good health, and have a positive out look on life, should live longer and happy then people that don’t.
And as the Klingons say”Today is a good day to die.” So live your life as if everyday was your last.
