Making an independent Sci-Fi feature film, a filmmaker has to rely on their grassroots to promote their film. Writing a screenplay, pre-production, shooting principal photography, and post-production, are in many ways the easy part of making a film. The hard part is getting an audience to watch the film after all of your hard work.
In a Hollywood major studio project, many times half the budget goes towards advertising. On the small scale, there is no budget. So to get an audience, an independent filmmaker has to rely on word of mouth, social media and their grassroots.
After three years principal photography, many edits, film festivals, and a lot of hard work, I finally have a version of The Rise Of The Robots ready for the public to see. Since I do not have the budget to advertise on TV, radio, and newspapers, the grassroots support is all I have.
I ask you to watch and share "The Rise Of The Robots" - Trailer. Then please go to and 'Like' The Rise Of The Robots - Sci-Fi Feature Film Facebook Page. Share the Facebook page with all of your friends, family and those that love Sci-Fi films. Let's get the word out about The Rise Of The Robots!
Myself and so many people have worked so hard to make a great Sci-Fi feature film for you all to enjoy. Watching the film, you will forget your troubles and reality for the length of the film. Also, you will support filmmaking in it's purest form, no big bloated budgets or egos, only the art and craft of wanting to tell a story and entertain you all for period of time. There is a message in this film, hopefully you will stop and think about the themes long after the film is over. In many ways, you may enjoy this film better than many bloated Hollywood films!
