The truth. Better to tell the truth than not.
If you always are truthful, you never have to
remember any lies. Whenever you talk,
speaking the truth is your best choice.
What if you lie? Well one often leads to another
lie. Then another and another. At some point
you may not even remember the truth.
Your friends, family and those that you care about
will like you more if you speak the truth. They can
trust you, because you tell the truth. Of course,
if you can't say anything nice, don't say much. You
don't want to hurt people's feelings now would you?
